I love it. I hope you'll give it a try.<BR/><BR/>1 (15 oz) can corn<BR/>1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes<BR/>1 (15 oz) can fat free refried beans<BR/>1 (15 oz) can black beans<BR/><BR/>Open all the cans and dump them into a pot (juice and all) over med-high heat. I add some hot sauce. You can also get the beans (and tomatoes) that have added spices for more flavor. The whole recipe has 11 points (if you are counting).
