Hey all!

In an effort to combine one of my favorite hobbies with my new healthy lifestyle, I'm going to start adding recipes here that help me stay on program. I will do my best to not only provide the recipe and my review, but nutritional information to the best of my knowledge. DISCLAIMER: I don't actually use the word "Bitchen'" in my everyday vocabulary, but thought it made for a great blog name. What can I say, I grew up in the 80's.

I may include recipes that I've created or adapted or recipes I've found online. I will make sure to give credit where credit is due. The only requirement is it is really going to have to be tasty to make it to the blog. I want recipes that are so good you feel like you are cheating!!   1. Hi, I have a favorite recipe that I eat all the time on WW.

    It is so super fast and cheap! I love it. I hope you'll give it a try.

    1 (15 oz) can corn
    1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
    1 (15 oz) can fat free refried beans
    1 (15 oz) can black beans

    Open all the cans and dump them into a pot (juice and all) over med-high heat. I add some hot sauce. You can also get the beans (and tomatoes) that have added spices for more flavor. The whole recipe has 11 points (if you are counting). The refried beans give it a thick, stew-like texture. Enjoy!
